Wellness Participation & Liability Waiver

The use of “we,” “us,” “our,” and “company” refers to The Essential Blend, LLC (dba Mommy Natural).

By accessing our website, downloading any digital product, participating in our wellness programs, events, or engaging in any service offered by Mommy Natural, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
Participation in wellness-related programs—whether online or in person—can involve physical, emotional, or lifestyle changes that carry inherent risks. You understand and accept these risks and voluntarily choose to participate with full responsibility for your actions and well-being.

Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of accessing or participating in any offerings by The Essential Blend, LLC, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby fully waive, release, and discharge the company and its team (including owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and collaborators) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages—whether known or unknown—arising out of your participation. This includes but is not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or emotional distress.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Essential Blend, LLC, its directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of our content or participation in our programs.
